Delivery Details
| Standard Shipping | $10 (3–5 working days). |
| Priority Shipping | $20 (2–3 working days). |
| Free Shipping | We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $450. |
| Remote Areas | Orders to remote areas may be subject to additional delivery time. Please contact us to confirm. |
| Engraved Items | Please allow an extra five working days for engraved products. |
| Weekend Orders | If placing an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday). |
How We Ship To You
Most of our pieces are stocked in the US and are shipped to US zip codes in 2–4 days. Some items are held in our London HQ and may take up to 7 days to reach international locations.
Courier Partners
You will receive a notification as to which courier company will ship your order.
We usually process and dispatch regular stock items within 1–2 business days. Engraved or personalised orders must go through extra processing before shipping.
Tateossian does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Track Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order's journey.
Tariffs & Import Duties
Although we are based in the UK, we hold stock in our US warehouse so that US orders are shipped domestically. This means you will not be charged any additional tariffs or import duties.
For a small number of items that are only stocked in the UK, we route these through our US warehouse before delivery. This ensures you still avoid extra charges, though delivery may take a little longer in these cases.
International Taxes & Duties
With the exception of orders in the UK and EU member states, taxes and duties are not necessarily included in the cost of your purchase. As the receiver of the order, you must pay any import sales tax and duties to our courier partner so that your order can be released from customs.
We advise all customers to contact their local customs office or tax authority for guidance on costs.
Possible Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather, customs delays, Brexit-related disruptions, or unexpected demand.
Please note that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
