DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $450.
  • Most of our pieces are stocked in the US and are shipped to US zip codes in 2-4 days. Some items are held in our London HQ and may take up to 7 days to reach international locations.
  • If placing an order on Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
  • Orders to remote areas may be subject to additional delivery time. Please contact us to confirm.
  • Please note that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
  • Please allow an extra five working days for engraved products.
  • You will receive a notification as to which courier company will ship your order.  
  • Tateossian does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Tateossian has a US based warehouse (Miami, FL), from which the many orders are dispatched, thus not subject to import duties (within the US).

If you'd like to clarify whether or not your order will be shipped from the UK or US, please contact us.

With the exception of orders in the UK and EU Member states, taxes and duties are not included in the cost of your purchase.

This means that, as the receiver of the order, you must pay any import sales tax and duties to our Courier partner so that your order can be released from Customs. We are unable to advise you on what the exact cost of taxes and duties will be and so we advise all our customers to contact their local Customs office or tax authority.
