Returns Rates
When you return an item, the shipping cost plus a returns fee will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost is the same as the delivery charge on your original order.

Example: if you paid $10.99 for delivery to the United States, $10.99 + $2.99 = $13.98 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Policy
You are able to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date for all countries. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have a further 14 days from when authorised to physically send back the return.
The easiest way to request a return is to log in to your account.
Please Note
- The initial shipping charge will not be refunded as part of your refund.
- Bespoke jewellery, engraving, earrings and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
- For all returns, exchanges and refunds of any products that have not been purchased directly from Tateossian, customers must contact the reseller and not Tateossian directly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, fees, and any associated charges incurred when returning items. Return shipping costs vary depending on the destination, carrier, parcel weight, and the number of items being returned. As a result, heavier parcels or returns containing multiple items may incur higher shipping charges.
Alternatively, customers may choose their own preferred return method at their own expense. If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that any loss or damage occurring during transit will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier or logistics provider used for the return.
Refunds
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods.
Once the return has been received, it can take up to 10–14 working days to be processed in our warehouse. After that, your refund will be issued; please expect to receive this within 7–10 working days, depending on your banking institution.
Exchanges
Once the exchange has been received, it can take up to 10–14 working days to be processed in our warehouse. After this time, you will be notified of the dispatch and provided with relevant tracking information.
